ARP Custom Age 625+ head studs are 270,000 psi tensile strength and are suited to extreme cylinder pressure applications.

Great tips, how about one on keeping the head sealed/on at extreme boost levels. Torque settings you use for all bolts in the engine would be interesting, esp head.

Any indication on how the price for these might compare to the current range of Atomic heads?

You are quite correct brisXr6t start from the outside on head removal the opposite of head installation, makes sense dosen't it.
@tidakadaide12 жыл бұрын
Actually.....The FORD service manual states that you start at the outside and work inwards for the head bolts........SO, maybe in this case it is right....

Keep the videos coming. How about something on engine clearances that you like to run on the top and bottom rings/piston to bore/ big ends and mains in relation to application eg drag/drift/1000hp and head torquing specs. Even something on oil pump porting

so what difference would removing the vct and putting these on for a stock car na or turbo? I looking at putting a barra into au and using the au ecu which cant control the vct so will be locking the sprockets, how much power can be expected to loose without the vct?

Really good video. It's good to see there's still some companies in Australia Manufacturing. We've lost so many here for the sake of overseas trade relations thanks to successive governments that think our industries are expendable.
