@@seetherton it absolutely is. They used Bob Cole for god sakes. Sportsnet is miles ahead of ESPN in NHL presentation. From pregame show (foreign concept to ESPN) between periods and broadcasters to these video montages. The SN opening montage gave me chills.

You could NOT have asked for a better Stanley Cup Final than what we were treated to in 2024....a series that had EVERYTHING! I can say the same for the entire season and the playoffs leading up to the Final too.... 2023-24 was epic and ill never forget it!!!!! Screw right off, the kid is in his second full year in the show, he was clutch in elimination games all through the playoffs, and he downright outplayed Bob in games 4-6. He and McDavid were the biggest reasons why the series went the distance. Show some damn respect for the heart and gallant effort that kid showed on the biggest stage...

Phase 2 of 2 ends tonight. A Canadian team is about to win its first Stanley cup in over 3 decades. Last but certainly not least the Florida Panthers are about to join the 1942 Detroit Red Wings on the wrong side of history after blowing a 3-0 Stanley cup finals lead. The panthers are historically pathetic.
