As soon as you introduced garlic. I said “no”. Salt, limited pepper, and a thimble of oil at most.

Loved your recipe! Made it last weekend and it turned out really good. You don’t pan sear the meat and I was looking for a recipe which wouldn’t. It makes such a big mess in the whole kitchen. Thanks. Are you planning to post new videos?

I'm shocked that people roast things on olive oil... it's salad dressing people, if you're gonna fry or roast, use lard. everyone who eats / cooks on olive oil, loses it when they try my food, and the only difference is I use lard. everything is better on lard, it's not just juicier and more tender, but like, eggs for example are dry on oo, and heavenly on lard. I mean, I mention eggs, cause that was it for me, I too used to make my self miserable cooking with oo, until one day, I don't even remember why, I bought lard. first thing I made, was just omelet. omg, I never made anything on oo ever again. my mom for example went ballistic when she head oven baked potatoes on pig fat. and this guy, is roasting pig, and he's like all fancy, "oh, we gonna use salad dressing instead of pig fat, to roast a pig" like, wtf people in case you're wondering, my blood work is enviable, I have low blood pressure, and I have enough years that if lard was a problem, it would be showing up. I eat sugar as rarely as I can, and if i ache for sweets, I use banana as sweetener. I use lard for banana sweets too. it's sugar that's killing you, not lard, use lard, you won't regret it. you can't compare it, really. you'll go from dry and boring food to rolling your eyes to the back of your head with every bite. trust me on this one

Lard is good for bringing the shine back to your vehicle's tires and dashboard, It's good on squeaky doors, and it helps on bad hair days, vinyl furniture, wheel bearings, Tiki torches, cooling down high-speed drill bits when ya run out of gun oil and you're in a pinch... ... lard'' them dress shoes ya ain't worn in longtime and they need a shine ... ... lard'' Keep the flesh flies off yer deer jerky while it's curing.... lard'' Your antique wood furniture lost its luster. Don't get flustered. ''you know what to use don't ya folks? ... ... that's RIGHT! LARD!
