Have vision like will "lose memory" then "life continue at other moment of memory"(about spikes: sleepgas and Dormicum mix), usually in the past it is known and let be? The solution of it can't be mine?

I'm disabled but before I got disabled I got into several self defence fights and I have been in some back yard boxing. One thing is with hard shoulder snap. I noticed when I had My old reflex bag about 9 years ago or so I was did not lift weights some years I did but at that time I only weighed maybe 135 lbs and with My 14 ounce glove on My right hand hit the bag and the 4.8 bolt that holds the bag to the pole sheared half into and the bolt sits under the bag that You hit so from the point of impact sheared it. I checked the strength on what it takes to break a 4.8 bolt its says that bolt takes between 420 to 500 lbs of power to shear and 65,000 psi rated bolt. Thats with no strength training Now I'm doing wheelchair shoulder presses. I'm not going to body build so I dont loose any shoulder snap for now when I can put 2 50 lbs plates on each side I will just bring reps up high but kind of just maintain at that as far as bench press. Thats where knock out power comes from is good hard shoulder snap and GOD both.

everything was true and you said somethings i'v never knew before no one said them before until i saw this video and searched about it but one info was missing that doing plyometrics if you lift weights you will build a good base of strength and when you do plyometrics your muscles will be able to make this force in a short time leading to a better punching power

Terrible video. You talk about the techniques (none of which are particularly dangerous) but don't actually show the technique that you are talking about. Just random generic fight clips. They're not even good fight clips.

No can do. As karateka I am forbidden to throw first punch. (and most likely many other martial artists are as well) Otherwise you get kicked out of the dojo, get more severe punishment in court and won't be accepted to any other dojo once word goes around that you have been assaulting someone as martial artist. One can't know how well trained that random person on street is, they might be total rookie who has like never taken a punch. Untrained person often goes to total shock when punched or kicked and they might fall and hit their head even if your punch is light. In worst case scenario you end up killing the person who was looking for a fight.

This is meant for life and death situations, like, you are about to be attacked by a mugger, and you can't get away.
