In my experience, we can use pigment paste in any color besides white, as long as the pigment paste has a thick texture. And if you notice, I always use white pigment paste because currently, the other pigment colors don't have the same thick texture as white. However, from my observation, white always makes the petals more distinct.

Thankss.. As for the resin used, so far I have only used low viscosity resin. Therefore, I can't provide information on whether low or high viscosity is better for resin bloom. However, from what I know, many artist out there also use high viscosity resin to create bloom
