30 years ago I used to spend half my check buying vinyl records at this spot when it was on 7th Ave between 35th and 36th Streets. Benji used to help me out with any records I didn’t know the name of. Please stay open because your store is one of the last vinyl spots in NYC!

I've been doing my thing since "84" and always admired him based on the circulation of cassettes and all the talk saying this is what he's been doing back then,... but to see it on video in real time for the first time, OH MY GOD!!!

DAMnnn!, I used to travel to New York from London every so often, and travel to Rock and Soul to bu all my records back in the 1980's,1990's and early noughties until airline flight prices started pushing regular airline flyers, from London to NYC out from the holiday business. That was my home, and I still have the records in mint condition. What a huge selection they had back then, even more now. That is the success of the store ove rthe years....
