Avoid promoting such terrible shops on social media. Today, I visited this shop at 12 PM. When I entered, the shop owner asked what I wanted. I told him I came to enquire about products for reselling and to select items. His response shocked me. He said, 'Don’t come for enquiries during business hours. Come at 5 PM in the evening.' I was completely surprised because the promotion video I saw was so misleading-it was all acting. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner also said, 'Don’t come during pooja time.' How are customers supposed to know the pooja time or the enquiry time? Was that mentioned in the video? The prices are also too high-not wholesale rates, just retail prices per piece. Don’t waste your valuable time here. There are many other customer-friendly shops in Sowcarpet, Chennai."
