Remove the 2 10mm bolts, then raise that same area upwards. Then use 12mm deep socket+extension & socket wrench to tighten/loosen & adjust the Ebrake handle. This doesn't adjust the shoe brakes themselves. This video only adjusts the tension at the handle or loose cable. To properly adjust, remove the rear wheels, remove the rubber plug on rotors, look for a gear. Then use a flathead screwdriver & adjust the brake shoes. Adjust the gear enough to cause the brake shoes to barley grind in the rotors. Then go inside of vehicle, adjust the tension enough to where they'll stop the rear rotors from spinning. Put the wheels back on, test the brake stopping force/power. Adjust the inside Hand Ebrake tension using the 12mm deep socket & socket wrench until the vehicle stops. If vehicle still doesn't stop, readjust the rotor gears again evenly at both sides. Get back in car & test. R brake handle has to be able to move upwards while providing stopping & holding power.
