There is VERY LITTLE - CGI , I worked on these two films and every set was practical, every stunt was practical (even her flying), we planted 9 million tulips for that one scene (not a joke), some minor things are changed and some things are added from the book (it’s impossible to keep EVERYthing the same as a Broadway Show, and there are MANY other countries that have their own editions that needed to be considered and included), and lastly- this film is going to be the best of the year- HANDS DOWN.

It does look like Harley is also a patient, but there are also multiple shots in the trailer that make me think she isn't. The first being that she is never once in the trailer seen in cuffs or behind bars and confined in any way. Second is the fact that while in Arkham, she meets up with arthur multiple times in places where she shouldn't be allowed to be if she was a patient. LIke at 2:29 where he's locked up and she is somehow able to roam free and go chat with him alone? Also the very end of the trailer where she is obviously in a visitors room talking with him and he's the one behind glass while she's able to not only speak with him but apparently bring in personal items like her lipstick too? lol. So I'm not sure if she's actually a patient or not, she might be a doctor that is just in very relaxed clothing in order to maybe be more relatable to her patients? Idk, just some thoughts.
