Nice video. I was actually on N1803U twice, LAX-LAS and MDW-LAS (ironically enough, they were both the shortest and longest Southwest flights I've taken as of today). N1803U is an interesting one, given that the plane was originally built for SpiceJet and spent its first few years as a grounded aircraft. Never delivered until over 3 years after its first flight. You flew onboard 1803U only 2 months after its actual delivery to Southwest!
