great lift. company was easy to work with when we needed to make a warranty claim. There's a whole department that is there to serve the customer post sale. Made everything stress free.

really easy machine for the staff to use. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about equipment and helped us get in to the walkie stackie instead of a 4 wheel sit down like we thought we needed. It ended up saving us almost $20,000. They kept in great contact with us from start to finish, purchase to delivery.

the enclosed cab with heat and AC on an electric is a pretty rare and cool combo. The air and heat blows instantly

these charge up very quickly. it's actually surprising. if you are not using it all day long the charge will hold for days and sometimes weeks.

the solid pneumatic tires are great. most electric forklifts only have the hard warehouse tires. super versatile forklift.

I drove one of those for 23 years. The maintenance guys had a box full of old circuit boards. Whenever there was a problem they'd pull out the old board snd switch it with another old board. Lol. We ran them ten hours a day five to six days a week

@@DiscountForkliftDenver after a while we learned how to do the simple fixes ourselves. Those Raymond's were always needing brake adjustments. We worked at a Woolworth Distribution Center in Denver Pa,and had around 200 lifts there. After about 15 years the front outriggers developed stress cracks. They called in a special welder to fix them all,rewelding the legs. We ran those Raymond's ten plus hours a day every day for 23 years till Woolworth went out of business
