Apologies for taking so long to get back to you, it took me a while to find the cartridge to check. No there aren’t any final fantasy games on it. I know it’s a different system but the DS multi cart I did a video on has quite a few final fantasy games on it if that helps 😀👍🏻

Saints Row was such a beloved franchise that for ruined. What do you think of the first game? I remember playing the first one on 360 I played that demo for dayssss until I bought the game upon release.

The first saints row was a great start to the franchise, I got it when the 360 was current gen as well and at the time I was going through a stage of playing any open world game I could get my hands on (I still really like open world games) and I got it purely because it seemed like GTA and I’ve played every entry since, the only thing I wasn’t too keen on was having to fill the respect bar before I could do a mission, I’m glad they did away with that 😀👍🏻

@@BigJimGaming. I know what you mean, I love the story of SR1 to me it just felt gangsta and a lot that made it unique from GTA. I wish more reviewers stopped labeling it as a clone. The saints row series could've continued to be a good competitor against GTA. With such a culture shift these days it makes me worry about how much GTA 6 could be as controversial as the earlier series. Seeing Freckle Bitch's have be renamed was just awful.

@@Screwheili I completely agree I’m not a fan of how culture has shifted in general now. It used to be controversy equals cash so we got some really interesting games (and other types of media, films etc) that’s one of the reasons GTA was so successful in the early days, because it was controversial it was interesting which made everyone talk about it and want to play it, now days it’s the opposite and developers seem to want to play it as safe as possible because they’re scared of backlash if they upset anyone at all

Honestly I wouldn’t mind testing my luck on a phat model. I kinda like the look of the phat ps3s and I’m also a bit of picky person lol. I currently have eyes on a silver satin phat ps3, it looks cool.

I agree the phat is the better looking of the consoles, it’s just the overheating issue, however there’s plenty of them for sale still working out there so it’s not guaranteed every single one will break. I just googled a picture of a silver satin one and it does look good and would be a nice display piece 😀👍🏻

SR3 is my favorite! I once described it as GTA only not as reserved. The lady i was talking to said 'GTA isn't very reserved at all!' I simply responded 'yes'

Hello, I like your video - unbiased, explaining why this or that console yes and no, including your preferred one. I personally own the PS3 Slim and couldn't be happier. Owned it many years ago then sold it and lately been gifted it again by one guy who had couple pieces of it and needed to get rid of them. I love the design of the original fat model, it is very beautiful, yet it'd be rather a vintage item on my shelf due to its overheating issue. PS3 Super Slim doesn't seem bad, but one of the reasons, I'd not personally pick it up, would be the way how you open the tray for discs. Feels unnatural to me. But we all have our preferences. I understand your point about the super slim I know a lot of people don’t like it as much as the slim, I personally don’t have a preference between the two, as I said in the video I have a super slim just because it was the one I could get for the best price. It is genuinely one of the most fun games I’ve played for a while, the only thing I wasn’t too keen on is the ending wasn’t conclusive enough for me, I’m hoping they did that because dead island 3 is in the works 🤞🏻

Unfortunately without Switch online you cannot transfer over your saved data wirelessly, but you can still re-download your games from the eshop. I don’t know if you can transfer your saves over using a computer I’ve never tried

Sorry I apparently missed your excellent review here until now, you nailed the key elements that make "Dead Island 2" a winner! I pre-ordered it as an enormous fan of the first 2 games in the series & even got the Collector's Edition of the game! It became quickly my GOTY for 2023, I absolutely loved it & though the careful balance between a serious story, yet also having humorous gory combat was right on target! Great job, mate! It's good to see someone else digs it like myself!

In fairness it’s a pretty long film to sit through if it’s not your cup of tea. I feel the same way about romance films, never watched Dirty Dancing, and never will 🤣👍🏻

I walked into the den and found 4 people with their noses in the Potter book that just came out. Even though it's not my thing anyone that can convince people to pick up a book is fine by me! The only Potter movie I was interested in was the one with Gary Oldman. I think he's a magnificent actor.

Hey someone quick reply me I’m getting a modded switch lite with 128gb sd card and I just realised 128gb isn’t sufficient it can hardly store 6-7 games so I’ve decided to get at least a 256 sd soon but I’m confused because if I just directly insert the 256 new sd card will it work? Or do I just have to copy files from the 128 card to the new for it to run the jailbreak system? Pls help asap.

Hi, I wanted to reply but I haven’t tried anything with a modded switch. I’ve had a look on the internet and from what I can tell as long as the modded switch is not using a custom operating system you would need to insert the new 256sd into the switch and format it, then transfer the game files from the 128gb to the new one using a computer. BUT I must emphasise I haven’t tried this I’ve only ever re-downloaded games from the e shop and save data from the save data cloud so I can’t guarantee this will work

@@BigJimGaming. yes it’s used on the launch models with the 90nm RSX The underfill between the GPU die and substrate is what fails and causes the YLOD. Nvidia fixed it with the 65 and 40nm RSX in later fats and slims.

@@BigJimGaming. Sony did this themselves back in the day to fix YLOD consoles. The PS3 mod community found a way to reverse engineer Sony’s method a few years ago. RIP Felix has a great documentary on this.

Honestly I’ve always found the dual shock to be better than the third party controllers I’ve tried, but there are a lot out there, hopefully someone else will be able to recommend one for you 😀👍🏻

This is the best way to transfer your data to a new SD card. It may not be the quickest but it the safest way to transfer all your save data without any problems. Great video, thank you!

I really appreciate that, I was in a funk for a little while when I had to stop doing some of the things I used to do because my health wouldn’t let me not because I chose to stop, but discovering KZbin and other new interests cured me of it and now I’m pretty happy. The key for me at least tends to be keeping my mind active with something I want to do, how have you found KZbin? I treated as a hobby and something that makes me happy. The fact I got to interview stars from things I have loved since a kid like star trek, hook, mighty ducks, Simpsons feels unreal at times. I really like all the Buffy games, I know I’ve got the rose coloured nostalgia glasses on because I loved the series when it came out (and still do) the home console games are definitely the best of the bunch, and I liked being the different characters in chaos bleeds to, that’s the only reason I slightly prefer it to the Xbox one, but they’re all good 😀👍🏻

It’s still a great fun game now, one of those games that has aged well, as I said in the video probably because of the cartoon graphics that stop it looking as old as it is. 2006. Just like Nicktoons Battle for Volcano Island (only that one was on gamecube, gba, and DS instead of PSP & Xbox cause Nick didn’t like to do Xbox games) It's not cel-shaded so it's a little more dated but outside of the first level, it's a decent looking Co-Op Game

I have 14 Activision games for the Atari 2600 with 3 more well on the way. I got the patch scores for the 14 games. Activision Decathlon, Chopper Command, Dolphin, Freeway, Grand Prix, Ice Hockey, Laser Blast, Megamania, Pitfall, River Raid, Skiing, Stampede, Starmaster and Tennis. On the way are Kaboom!, Keystone Kapers and Sky Jinks.

It should work the same as any other game, if you have Nintendo online make sure the saves are uploaded to the save data cloud before swapping memory cards, then after swapping memory cards re-download the game or put the cartridge in depending if you own it physically or digitally and download the saved data from the cloud to your new memory card

Half of these wouldn't be a bad thing if there was some kinda custom firmware , but I highly doubt that thing could handle Sega 32X or PS1

The games are all on a micro sd card so I suppose you could try installing custom firmware but I’m not sure it would work well as it can’t be very powerful for the price, as you say highly doubt it could handle more powerful systems like PS1. But it is a cheap device to try as a first emulator and what is on it seems to work well, I’m using it quite a lot 😀👍🏻

r36s about 30£ total. ps1, psp is hit or miss as is with most of them around that budget. ps2 emulators are way higher in the budget range

I got the fat 40gb model for $100 AUD. It hasn't arrived yet but I think it's been modded with the firmware mod. No idea if I can upgrade the hard drive, but if I can, I have a spare 240GB ssd laying around so going to use that.
