I see people react to the duets and original songs on Kellyoke. I wonder what’s going on where it allows some people to react to them but not others. 🤔🤷🏼♀️ Cry & Beautiful Disaster, on Kellyoke (her songs), are stunning performances and I think you’d really enjoy them so that sucks. I would say at least check them out on your own time if you can’t react to them on here and maybe just let us know what you thought of them or something. Idk 🤷🏼♀️😂 Also, Kelly just covered My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion yesterday on Kellyoke 😉it was really good!

You simply don't have the cultural context to understand this kind of singing and the differences between a squall/growl and screaming which is fine. I'd suggest you stop reacting to people (particularly black gospel and soul acts) you don't have the range of understanding on. Stick to the Ariana's of the world.

The thing about a comp is everyone has a different opinion. I gave Rihanna her props here, and was being honest. Most of these clips for her are from 2005-2016 era of her career except lift me up. Me saying they were 8 years ago was a fact, not something i made up. I get that you disagree with who is a better singer, but i am only going by what is obvious. RiRi has a reputation for not being the strongest singer live. Here we see the clips that are impressive which even you admitted 😂. Hence "is this a clone" comment you made in video above. She is not typically known to be that good live. Sia on the other hand, tho her technique is an aquired taste, is known to be a powerful singer. The good thing about these comps is everyones opionion will be different. Does not make mez or anyone delusional because we have a difference of opinion than you do. That is just ignorant respectfully. Thumbs up on the video 👍🏻

To be fair this compilation only shows her squalling and doesn't really do her justice. If you want it more toned down check out her singing Balm in Gilead, Jesus is a love song, or Wait on the Lord . It's just straight singing and less noise. Or check out her daughter Kierra Sheard (Tiny Desk). You'd probably prefer her.

I think at times your mixing up you liking a run vs how good the run is. That one Ariana run was definitely just decent on pitch/musicality. It sounded nice but there was noticeable issues of pitch at certain parts. And Sam smith getting excellent musicality doesn’t mean Sam had better musicality than any other artist,it just means that one run was excellently placed into the song based on how it fits into the melody of the song. He also has given Mariah and Celine excellent scores many times. Same with Tori and many other artists as you saw in the video itself

How can you said that it wasn't fair, they were even added a limit a note which is Bb5, because why? I still love Ari's voice in the way she could phrase all over the notes of her range but, Ari only had been hitting that Bb5 just for several times and then haven't went to the higher note tho, But So Hyang has a High supported high note which is C#6 that she still can hit it til these days of , ariana is 31 yo has a soft belted voice now, and So Hyang 46 yo has a great technique and Free to go to the even more high tone... But in 2024 their own ranges are So Hyang, 46 yo (F3/F#3 - C#6), Ariana, 31 yo (G3 - G#5)
