When I was having my spiritual kundalini awakening had gained 50 lbs in 5 months . I can understand how others do feel with so much weight around them.. made me understand and feel there feelings being in there shoes for whole year.. I can give you few tips also with spiritual mind-setting reprogramming. Because spiritual awakening sometimes lasting 10-15 years or life time people don’t know why they can’t stop eating certain times all you do sleep and eat. Or not sleeping and eating !! Yup many people don’t know they’re having awakening slowly and can’t control their eating habits.

I am in my 60’s, next month 63, been looking for affection for years with lots of nock backs, nearest fun was with a woman who chatted me up in 1989 - not real love, never experienced true love, had women with a liking for one-other, now felt too old to find love. And after being single for some years, now out of the swing of things with no real social life, can’t be bothered anymore with dating sites, as they proved negative, with load of time wasters. The craving has now departed me, the lust no longer exists, nor the excitement, such a shame, as some women still fancy me, and make time for us to have conversations, and as usual, right place at the wrong time. I am no longer a relationship man, and ladies still liked me-them, had a few with crushes on me-them, the days of crushes have now long gone, and admired those ladies that have gone the extra mile to try and get to know me, a few had asked me out, which was nice... I have now concluded that I no longer get excited about women in London, not like I once did, reason due to how I valued myself, based upon my many life’s experiences, creating self-options on my state of mind that I was once sociable, went from an confident extrovert to an introvert, won’t be looking for any more women - or love.
