The reason you have so much to clean up regarding the fur is that you are cutting it wrong. What you need to do is get sharp pointed scissors and just cut the wrong side rough backing only. The furry right side will separate according to the cut pieces. You don't just cut through like you normally cut other fabrics because of the nap. Look up how to cut Velvet or fake fur.

*heavy breathing* I would NEVER have thought to use one if these with lace instead of thread! My retired boss's wife gave me a vintage adjust-o-peg that claims it can be used for this and the old-school pictures looked like teneriffe lace to me, but now i want to make flower brooches and headresses with lace ribbon, ahhhhhh 😍😍😍

@@tootooamy I Appreciate Your Reply. You See...I have Asperger's. So I have a sensitivity to certain textures. And Polyester Satin happens to be one of my most beloved fabrics. It all started started when I was 4 years old...a childhood trauma...I won't go into details. I'm 50 years old. I guess I must respect your creativity. I guess faux flowers can be pretty. But I cannot help but Love the Polyester satin all by itself. And you are correct...not many people like to hang out with me. And my brothers are just as weird as me. Older than me. The ones that do usually are there trying to ask me for money borrowed(which they never pay back)or because they want something from me... yes I'm one of those nerdy pushovers... but I'm 50 years old. And pardon me for my comment earlier but I'm just speaking my mind. I believe you deserve to hear my truth... I understand it's not the truth for you... but it happens to be my reality.. thank you for understanding...Lol. 🙏🤝😊

So I apologize for the insults but now you know why I wrote them. It really is better to abide by if you do t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. I love flowers, real, fabric, paper, whatever. Making something beautiful with your hands is the best therapy.

Ive tried crocheting a heart too many times.. Every time its wrong!! I think my problem is that when I double crochet, I pull through 1 instead of 2 , but I believe I was taught to do it that way so im not sure🤔 Ill try doing it and hope its right
