Life became so hard. I am from Ukraine, in the beginning - war, then cancer in the breast of my wife. I want to home!!! To my Heavenly Father. Praise God for the books of Lee Strobel (such as: "The Case for Christ" and "The Case for Miracles") and Craig Keener, these books did not allow me to lose my mind and made my faith really strong.

As I type this our 18 year old son is still struggling with drug use and addiction. We have raised all 3 of our boys in the ways of the Lord, however he is the only one that has struggled with several things that are not good for him. Drug addiction, feelings of being invincible, mental illness. Anyways, this song speaks to me and is what I pray over Matthew now until he completely surrenders his will and entire being to the Lord Jesus. I know this is possible with the Lord. When he was 1 and a half years old, it was prophesied over him that he would be in the ministry one day. I continue to believe that all that he is putting himself through is only adding to his testimony. What is impossible for man is very possible with Jesus! Praise the Lord, oh my soul and all that is within me!

@@trd4260 As I was praying, I felt God was saying that he needs to learn to be open for God first. Sometimes when we pray we ask for the end result (in this case that he gives his life to Jesus). Let's pray that his heart becomes open to the idea of God, that he is curious to read the bible. That he wants to pray and WANTS prayers to be answered. A change in attitude. It's a harsh world atm, all we can do is pray, trust Lord, be kind and patient. You're not alone in this:)

Sometimes the ones with the biggest battles will end up with the biggest testamonies. God can turn the biggest battles in to the greatest blessings.
