Luke Wren faces horrific charges of crimes against children in Florida (Aug 2024) and Wisconsin (Sep 2023). Per Wisconsin news, “EAU CLAIRE - A former Eau Claire man faces charges of incest with a child and first degree sexual assault after being accused by authorities of abusing a young female relative. Lucas Wren, 45, now lives in Florida, but was a resident of Eau Claire when the incident took place. According to the criminal complaint, police in Stillwater, Minn., contacted the Eau Claire Police Department after the girl told them about the abuse.”

Thank you for making this. I have been looking on how to make command structures. Like what I did when I stopped smoking. I changed my identity from a smoker to a non smoker. Then change definitions of my smoking habits from pleasures to pain and even more painful in the long term result. Got many I ideas from the book Easy way to stop smoking by Allen Carr I like to learn how to apply the command structures into other areas of life and to help others too

I have been interested in Dr. Joe Dispenza's work for years, but have always been a little thrown off by his instruction to focus on "space" during meditations. It's as if my brain stops and says, "Wait, what does space have to do with anything?" I recently started reading "The Open-Focus Life" after seeing it mentioned in his book Becoming Supernatural, and the whole space instruction makes so much more sense now. I am SO happy and grateful to explore more about how to practice shifting into the different ways of focusing in my life, and learning more about Shor and Fehmi's work. Thank you for doing this interview!

@@SPOHNTRAINED for me, there were more than a few “aha” moments. Especially the points talking about miro neurons taking information and directly recreating the experience as a way for humans to have comprehension and connection with what is going on. Also when Dr Snyder was discussing seeing our view of how conscious is directed into behaviors through the perception of light spreading. I still have to rewatch this to get more notes. I could go on for a while lol Dr Snyder is a straight genius. I feel like I’m always needing to spend time to dissect everything he packs because there is so much there

Would love to see Dr. Amy have a guided course. For example, on thenalaverse there's some good breath-work instructors (I like Jaz Dobson / jaznextlevel ), but would love to see a more comprehensive program on eliminating stress!
