Just caught my first (and likely last) non-event, wild Azelf!! I'm like....in shock! They're so crazy rare! I'm a day one player, have caught over 400,000 Pokémon and never seen a wild (non-event) Azelf!! It was a 3 star too! Cp 2490.

They are permanently shiny compatible with a rate of around 1/20, during the event there was no increase in spawns so you will have the same luck now rather then the initial event.
