Please wear laser protection goggles. It's probably not going to happen but when it does (and it will) hit you in the eye with a reflection or debris, you will need a cane to walk. Please at least get something, an enclosure with blocking or Googles for this wavelength or better yet, both.

That plane was an American Eagle Mitsubishi CRJ-701ER, registration N452AW

Incorrect, that is an Air Wisconsin Bombardier/Mitsubishi CRJ200 Operating as American Eagle, N452AW Source, I was the flight planner for that flight from ORD-ROC :D

Plus all regional jets in the fleet are owned by American Eagle but are operated by other, less relevant airlines such as Republic Airways and PSA

So in conclusion. It’s American Eagle planes that are operated by other airlines, rather than vice versa

That's very confidently Incorrect of you. Every aircraft in our fleet as of now are owned by Air Wisconsin. They flew for United last year and got repainted earlier this year for our new contract with American Airlines. Now we are expecting to get CRJ-700s and those may very well be on lease from American Airlines

Me to i especially love the start up I always sit near the wing or the engine so I can hear all the hydraulic and flap sounds

Nice video, I fly this route in MSFS 2020 using the CRJ 700 United express. First flew as passenger out of Eau Claire in late 60's in DC 9 and Convair 580. One flight going to MSP had to reroute almost to Duluth to get around a thunderstorm. another coming from MSP couldn't make the approach as it was snowing and had to fly back to MSP and take vans to back to Eau Claire, got back to Eau Claire about 4 in the morning. They finally got a tower and maybe more business jets otherwise not much changed in 50 years, LOL.
