As the manager of a small business seeking insight on how to handle an employee I’ve been struggling with, I started this video feeling that I was probably going to disagree with y’all on somethings, but ultimately still come away with a better perspective. Y’all proved me wrong though! I disagreed with your opinions WAY more than I thought I would 😂 If only y’all praised Musk at the beginning, it would have saved me 17 minutes lol

We hear you, managing people isn't easy!! Only sharing from over a decade of experience, this is the advice we wish we had heard a long time ago. If you haven't already, we would recommend reading the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, awesome (and short) read that can help a lot! Thanks for taking the time to watch 😁

Thank you both, you don’t know how much your video has been helpful for me. I’ve been wanting to start the Facebook ads for my business, since April tried to educate myself, watched tons of vids, some so called Facebook advertising courses and still felt unclear and confuse about things. Your video actually spoke on the areas I was so desperately needed Guidance & clarity. I am not sure I can afford you guys but will subscribe and get benefits from you very honest and straightforward educational resources. Thank You again.

In the case of bullying who blame others when it's the bully...then the person who's stressed is unfair blamed cause someone wanted to ruin it for the person or persons

Thanks for these leads suggestions: ⏰Speed to lead is crucial in real estate, as reaching out to leads within the first 30 seconds to a minute increases the chance of getting a response.📞The immediate response from Zoom info after form submission was "freaking sick" and impressive, leading to a phone call within two minutes. 💎Offering something of value is the most effective way to get somebody to respond to you, especially through a low commitment type of communication like text message.

Great interview! Thanks, here's my takeaways: 💰 Utilize vendor partnerships to offset costs for client events, co-branding with lenders, home warranty companies, and insurance agents. 🎬 Becoming "Five Mile Famous" involves consistently creating content to reach and engage with target clientele. 16:08 💬 Crafting messaging that addresses clients' fears and offering solutions helps in effective marketing. 🌟 Providing value, being a resource, and genuinely caring about clients' needs are crucial for building trust and fostering long-term relationships.

Sometimes management contaminates or try to contaminate high-performance people.
@ThatsNotFunnyThatsSick2 ай бұрын
I found a half bottle of vodka in the company truck of one of my employees back in 1994. I owned a pest control company with five servicemen at the time. I sat him down and asked him if he has a problem we can take care of at hospital, and I would make sure his wife would not need for anything while he was away. I took him to get some clothes and then took him to Millwood Hospital in Arlington, Tx. (one of my accounts) and told him this will not happen again. He stayed on with me until I sold the business in 2016 to Massey Services. They got a hell of a good man working with them.

Early onset alzheimers in SALES!!!! With a bad short term memory?!?! Top Producer!? Writing books?! I don't see him writing notes to keep the flow of the conversation? His personality and ability to tell entertaining stories, while working the topic is amazing. 3rd video today. Lol even if i was not a people person and wanting to do sales. This guy is just inspiring. Ha! Everybody I interact with is a potential client, same!

Hm! The failure rate for realtors is staggering. Conversations like this should be inserted into the actual study guide. After one passes the exam, there are so many more levels to navigate. Its unfortunate how many people pay to become licensed but are not mentored or directed towards this type of information.
@madamelovely12112 ай бұрын
I really like the part about how new sales reps focus on the wrong outcomes in inital relationship building conversations. This is like a 1 on 1 on how to button everything up, if you are struggling. Or a refresher of the basics. Keep up the good work. My name is Love.

Dead wrong on performance. The key issue with performance is to make sure that management hasn't done anything to hamper performance. 85% of the time, performance issues are caused by something management failed to do or should not have done.

I know of some cases where sime members of management acted mean to people they didn't like on purpose by breathing down thier backs and doing all they could to get them to leave cause they were just not pleasant characters but they would say ohh they were just being whatever the heck thuer names were and just being funny..when it wasn't funny to anyone

most towns have severe restrictions on tiny homes. (OR) i looked into them for a client. 1 county told me that it can not be pre-fab and installed. it needs to be retrofitted on the land so they can control, permit and oversee the project.
