It depends on the vehicle, check the owners manual to be 100% certain.

This is an excellent, crystal-clear presentation. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get past removal of the bolt (1:20). My bolt is not a hex-head, unfortunately - it's just a flat head screw; this is probably because my machine is a v1, circa 2002. Therefore, I have to use a slotted screwdriver. I don't think the gasket has ever been changed, and after 20+ years the screw is unmovable. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Growing up using Hi-lift jacks on the farm and continuing to use them for more years then I care to admit I dont think I would recommend using a longer handle. It would make an already dangerous tool even more dangerous and a greater likely hood of breaking or bending the lift pins because of the extra leverage.

Can you use something like this on sand… A soft base without the high lift jack kicking out? Thanks

Yikes! These jacks look soooo dangerous. Modifying its intended use seems a bit irresponsible to me. I’m going to stick to pulling fence posts out of the ground with them instead. Do yourself a favor and invest in an aluminum hydraulic floor jack.

Just watch this clip and thought it was a great idea, but I can’t seem to find anywhere the cells the same size tube that you use for your handle can you remember the company that you got it from? Thank you?

When turning the engine off does the unit turn off automatically. Also is there a list of vehicles the unit is compatible with

Yes, it will turn off automatically. It is compatible with most modern cars with OBD2 (see this link: www.scangauge.com.au/obd2-compliant-cars-in-australia/)

Thank you, I have long since switched to a Mazzer Grinder. However, every coffee bean is different, freshness, temperature and humidity also make a difference to your grind settings. So you may find that one setting which worked well on one day may require some tweaking on different days.

just installed on my truck, drove with trailer for about an hour, must braked like 100 times, green led most of the time, it did flash blue and green for a bit but stayed in green about 90% of the time, when brake led change to yellowish red, trailer brake is working. manual override doesn't work at all, push the button nothing happens, no brake no light, any thoughts. TIA

Good video, but a bit of feedback. The dose in the basket is too high, you can see this when you show the puck after you've pulled the shot. You can see the screen and the screw imprinted into the puck. There should be space between the shower screen and the puck so it doesn't burn it. Also for a good comparison there wasn't any weighing of the beans although you might have done it off camera.

No mention about how much espresso grind you're using? Whether it's the double/single portafilter? how fine you're grinding? Literally the most important steps of entire process outside of the milk steaming.

You never talked about the ring gap of the piston. Ring gap is the distance between the two ends of the piston ring as the engine, and piston heat up do does the rings the metal in the ring expands the rings expand closing the ring gap. But the manufacturer mathematically figures this distance out so the rings never touch. So there is always a gap in the rings allowing gas to pass on through to the crankcase. In the 6.4 Ford diesel that gap is quite large as the back two cylinders are flooded with fuel to heat the exhaust to extreme temperatures to attempt to burn clean the soot collected in the DPF. In that time fuel and gasses pass through the ring gap and into the crankcase and engine cavity. The excess fuel mixes with the oil diluting the viscosity of the oil causing the oil to not do its job fully and in so causes premature we are and early engine failure. Also adding to excessive blowby. Putting pressure on deals and gaskets causing oil leaks and failures this has caused catastrophic failure. Remedy deleted the process

Nice video. Almost exactly how I maintain my mini-a once every few months, except I don’t bother unscrewing the burr set. Bonus tips: before I pull apart I mark where the 0 is with a label sticker. I then mark the 0 point where the burrs touch. 7:12 Push the 0 back to the first sticker and it is almost always at the identical point and minimal dialling in is required. I use the 0 point mark to know where my grind is at until my next cleaning.

That certainly is a time saving and quick way to do it for sure..however I always take the caliper assembly completely off and secure it to the strut as I prefer to remove the 2 slider pins to check, clean, and lubricate.
