Probably my overall favorite NW song from the original band, between this and Something Beautiful. I first saw them live at Loon Mountain in NH, decades back, and have absolutely LOVED them ever since. I have/enjoy Phil's debut CD too. I like the new Newsboys, but I honestly can't ever see them being as good/inspirational as when Peter and Joel were front and center. This version of Entertaining Angels is excellent. The music sounded like it was on the CD, done really well. GREAT video upload... Thank you! 🙂

I remember seeing you preform this song with the newsboys, when you visited Canada back in... 2004?? You guys came to Canada’s wonderland and this was my most favorite song ever and years later I still listen to it, this song has a special place in my heart.. I remember watching the Christian music count down in the 90s and hoping the music video would come on.... so many good memories attached to this song ❤❤❤

What a great song! Not only brings me back to seeing the Newsboys as a teen and twenty-something but it still holds up today. Also, Joel doesn’t age.

I know/have met a ton of main stream artists, and Phil Joel was the most incredible guy to meet. Superstar, and when you meet him he makes each person feel like they are the most important person in the room. His redwood and whales book is incredible! I can't wait to run into him in heaven again.

Phil was the best thing that ever happened to the Newsboys, other than Steve Taylor.
