Well this is not only a problem for big firms it is happening the same in Small Consultant companies and the bench phase is the worst😅

I like and agree with sending extra "Proof of Work" documentation. However, that works when a recruiter has a good idea of the job requirements, and about 90% don't. For example, I recently interviewed for a position, and during the interview, they asked about something different from what I was told by a recruiter about what they were seeking. However, I could easily answer, which I did successfully. What they didn't know, was that I had written a short ebook about that exact same subject. Had I known that was in play, I could have easily sent that over ahead of time. The recruiter had no idea.
