I have been living in the myriad and have been a victim of constant harassment. They checked my room and charged me with damaging a router that I had never touched and wasn't near my vicinity. They soon took to charging me 600 AED for 100 AED sheets. I begged them for the logic to explain why they wont charge me for a door and wall that clearly has some major wear and tear but for the beddings. Throughout the procedure, there staff has thrown epithets and used a girl's name to refer to me. They finally managed to send me a picture of damage to router (uploaded), you do not need to be an electrician to see that it is impossible for a human being to that kind of damage. I know that it belongs to RJ95 port which belongs to mid-range routers that cost a mere 100 AED. I had no choice but to pay the fine, they failed to accept the full payment and it was short 5 AED. So now they might want to evict me due to their own impotency. And now I am probably going to be homeless even though I have never missed a payment in 3 years. I did use a swear word whilst this exchange that, I regret that. These people are classic frauds and hoodwinks. Hope someone finds comfort in my pain. But the staff said they are looking into it. So one star.
