Thanks for comment! for me accuracy is the is totally on a par with Rolex. Each watch can have some differences of course. My seamster 300 is the same. You can set your iPhone to it :)

Its a great piece I agree. Among the zenith greats. Unfortunately (or fortunately) current pricing is rising a little at moment, I can only guess due to invigoration of the zenith brand this year with Chronomaster sport.

@@krisjeremycarpio9898 well for some reason chrono24 prices seem at upper end. I personally would stick to hunting on eBay. Yes mine is pretty good nick. I actually had an even nicer one, sold it about 10 years ago. Then bought the same model again 10 years later!! Try to find one with a recent service receipt if you can as with all chronos.

Thanks for the comment! Yes I agree, the precision of Omega has always amazed me. This movement in particular is astonishingly accurate! I think the white dial is nice, but the grey slate and blue are also very nice.

Thanks Marc for your questions and comments. Okay so starting with Bezel action comparison. No the bezel action is not as nice as the Rolex Sub IMHO. The Rolex has a seamless kind of glide while the omega is a little more clicky. However I guess for practical use that could actually be more useful! :) However winding the crown action, the omega is as nice if not even more seamless than Rolex. The ceramic bezel on the omega is a joy to behold. In fact the entire bezel and dial really work beautifully. I totally love this piece. Thanks for the compliment about my video. I don't try to be flashy, I just like watches and say my thoughts!

No defo the 43.5mm version. The lug to lug is tight so wears well slightly smaller.I used to own the 45.5 was much bigger yes.

@@VoxOptimatium Totally right! Its still wears hefty mind as it weighs a bit and the height of the piece befits its purpose. But I find it quite balanced on the wrist with the large clasp to balance the whole thing pretty well.

@@satan500 I also have a Combat Sub GL0076 that I picked up from Costco in September ‘19 for $289.99. That was my gateway drug intro to Glycine. They’re really spectacular for the price.

I might be wrong but I am pretty sure if I recall when purchased that the omega logo, numerals and indices are rhodium plated gold (or white gold). Maybe not the indices?

@@chewrick565 I don’t think this specific model had gold indexes or hands, at least not according to the description on the website, although I have heard several people say they were white gold. There are other planet oceans that do have white gold indexes and hands and it’s denoted in the description, but this particular one doesn’t specify so I assume they aren’t white gold in this model.

I have to agree this review was a bit of a quick one as I am working a lot and was finding it hard to postl!!! I wanted to review it as I liked it and wanted to spread the love. Maybe I will update it with some more meat and less potatoes at some point. Thanks!

Thanks Mick! Yes as I say the lug to lug makes it nice fit. Of course they all do smaller case sizes so you should also try these on to be sure. I also considered the orange but I wanted the watch for many occasions so went for black as its a bit more conservative, but the orange is nice too and the blue is also very summery. Yes I realise the intro is bit gentry (TGV is ace!) but I wanted to show off the city a bit. I will making different intros so we see if I continue with this. Might be a bit of a signature :)
