Dragon temple was my least favorite part of the game. So long and annoying with the Ear humans.

I cut it out of the VOD (because it's super boring to watch), but Rod installed the Wabbajack modlist Viva New Vegas which has a lot of bug, stabilty, etc fixes. If you Google 'Wabbajack Viva New Vegas' it's the 1st result that comes up (and there's tutorials on KZbin how to install it)

I can't speak for Rod, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Streaming isn't his full-time job, and his actual job can be a bit taxing, so sometimes you're not at 100% (side note: I was quite surprised to learn his job wasn't being a full-time gimp in an S&M dungeon. ✨The more you know ✨ or something...)

The modern world buzzes with activity, demands, and distractions that often pull us away from the present moment. Amidst this chaos, the concept of mindfulness emerges as a beacon, offering a way to cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. It’s not just a practice but an art, a way of being that invites us to tune into the richness of each moment and find tranquility in the midst of life’s hustle. Mindfulness isn't confined to meditation mats or secluded retreats; it's a quality that can infuse every aspect of our lives. At its core, it encourages a conscious awareness of thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the environment without judgment. When we immerse ourselves in the art of mindfulness, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, fostering a sense of clarity, compassion, and resilience. One avenue through which mindfulness flourishes is in daily routines. Mundane activities, often dismissed as chores, become opportunities for mindfulness. Consider the simple act of washing dishes. The warm water flowing over hands, the squeak of soap against plates, the play of light on bubbles-these sensations become an anchor to the present, pulling our attention away from worries about the past or future. Mindfulness extends beyond personal experiences; it influences how we engage with others. When we practice mindful listening, we offer our full presence to someone speaking, not merely hearing the words but understanding the emotions and intentions behind them. This intentional focus creates deeper connections and fosters empathy-a precious gift in a fast-paced, often disconnected world. In the realm of work, mindfulness injects a sense of purpose and productivity. By approaching tasks with mindful attention, we bring our complete awareness to the task at hand. This engenders a state of flow, where time seems to slip away, and productivity soars. Moreover, mindful work cultivates a sense of fulfillment, transforming jobs into meaningful endeavors. However, cultivating mindfulness requires patience and practice. It's not about achieving a state of eternal calm or banishing all thoughts. Instead, it's about acknowledging the ebb and flow of the mind without getting swept away. Like a skilled artist, honing their craft through dedication and practice, mindfulness demands commitment and patience to gradually deepen our awareness. Various techniques aid in nurturing mindfulness. Meditation stands as a cornerstone practice, offering a space to observe thoughts and emotions without attachment. Breathing exercises serve as portable tools, allowing us to ground ourselves in the present moment amidst chaos. Mindful movement practices like yoga or tai chi synchronize breath with movement, fostering a heightened awareness of the body. Technology, often seen as a foe of mindfulness, paradoxically offers support in this endeavor. Mindfulness apps provide guided meditations, reminders, and timers, assisting individuals in establishing and maintaining a regular practice. Moreover, various wearables and gadgets offer biofeedback, aiding in stress reduction and enhancing self-awareness. Cultivating mindfulness doesn't shield us from life's challenges. Instead, it equips us with resilience and a greater capacity to respond to adversity. When faced with difficulties, a mindful approach encourages acknowledging emotions without being overwhelmed by them. This capacity to respond rather than react empowers individuals to navigate life's storms with grace and clarity. In today's hyperconnected world, the call for mindfulness echoes louder than ever. Amidst incessant notifications, endless to-do lists, and societal pressures, the art of mindfulness offers an oasis-a space where we can pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. It reminds us that amidst life's chaos, tranquility resides within, accessible through intentional presence and awareness. In conclusion, the art of mindfulness isn't an esoteric concept reserved for the select few. It's a universal practice, inviting everyone to embrace the present moment with openness and curiosity. As we infuse mindfulness into our daily lives, we embark on a transformative journey-one that fosters self-discovery, resilience, compassion, and a profound appreciation for the beauty inherent in every passing moment. Please note, this piece serves as an overview of mindfulness, touching on its various aspects and applications. The depth and intricacies of mindfulness practice offer a vast landscape for exploration and personal growth. to - Rod johnston
