Super helpful thank you!! I think the rules of a free account have since changed and you can only have one event type active at a time, but my work-around was creating another account and linking to the virtual event type 😊

HI, Dawn. Thank you for the AWESOME video. I am HOPING your expertise can help with an issue that has been a bother for quite a long time. I keep an incredible amount of information in the Notes of my contacts. To keep it readable, I use a lot of formatting with colors, highlights, bulletpoints... , Whenever I access the NOTES on my mobile Android device (or least I think that's when it happens), all the formatting is gone from the Desktop version, and gets converted to plain text, and the highlighted bold text (used as "headliner to catch my attention) changes to blue, bigger font size, and everything is messed up. Even the email hyperlinks double (get repeated and have the symbols at the beginning and at the end). I have to keep WORD docs for each of my NOTES so that I can Copy/Paste the formatting back into the Outlook Notes, knowing very well it will happen again. I tried this FIX but it did not work: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-contact-notes-field-changing-font-and/07d05f9d-b580-4031-9567-be7d64fead70 I am hoping you can help. Thank you, Dawn, for your assistance. I have a question: I have a situation where one user is set up as a delegate for another user's account to send as, and both are using Outlook for O365. When the delegated user tries to send a calendar invitation from Outlook using the Teams option on behalf of the other account, the "From" field only displays their own email address, not the other user's. Have you encountered this situation before?

Morning - I was able to generate the report a couple weeks ago when I had 65 registrations for the meeting. Now I am trying to update to see the now 77 registrations and when I 'generate' and 'export' it is only showing 65 registrations. Is there a way to update for the new data? Using google chrome (Dell laptop)

Bad job mam. The moment you "rename" is the moment when you don't know any longer what was originally in your ONEnote file. Secondly: You don't explain what is "onedrive", where this folder is located and where that MS system stores all your files. It's confusing for someone who is used to decide where to store files and has his own logical system.

I have reviewed your excellent tutorials, and I have learned a lot and successfully applied it. However, I haven’t found (or maybe I didn’t recognize) what I currently need: I have to create a PDF form for a report from a site visit where some installation works will take place. So, our employee arrives at the address with a tablet (the tablet is online, equipped with a camera and stylus), Before he starts site visit, he will download, using the tablet, a pre-prepared form for each location he visits, which already includes basic information about the location, client name, address, contract number, etc. At the site, he only needs to fill in a few additional fields in the usual text boxes, but I I can’t reach a solution for a few more fields: 1. The layout of the location is a pre-inserted image in the form. Our employee needs to mark several points on this image with the stylus, draw a few lines, and enter some numbers, so that this remains recorded on a layer above the image. 2. There should be an option to insert a photos taken on-site at several designated positions: the idea is that he clicks in the form to initiate the tablet’s camera and immediately inserts the taken photo into the document. Alternatively, he should be able to insert a photo from the tablet’s gallery. After that, he should also be able to draw several lines and enter a few numbers over the inserted photo (as in point 1). 3. At the end of the report, there should be a field for the client’s signature. When our employee finishes the site visit, he presents the report to the client and offers him/her to sign on the tablet’s display with a finger or stylus. So, NOT a digital signature or certificate, but a handwritten signature. I would appreciate it if you could give me advice on how to create fields for these 3 points. Or even better, if you could create a PDF form with these 3 elements (design and field positions are irrelevant) and send it to me. Thank you in advance. excellent
