This video is amazing and the most helpful I’ve found for understanding the Knowledge Areas and Process Groups. I’m on about my 6th time watching this. Initially this was just word salad but now it’s starting to really flow in my mind. That’s my goal. Not memorization, that’s easy, but to make understanding second nature.

Agile Pivoting has some constraints involved. Time and Cost. If adjustments to the schedule take into consideration a possible increase in time and cost, then the project will benefit.
