Can someone tell me, are you suppose to let your outline crust before filling in?

@@hannahkern6579 you d ok but have to let it crust if you are use a thicker consistency flood icing you can outline then immediately fill the cookie and it will not flow over. Hope that makes sense

Yes pretty much. Don’t know of anyone to be affected. I have eaten them. No more alcohol than you would get in extracts such as vanilla extract.

Like medium consistency. For me that is about 20count. And waited for the base to dry for a little bit first.

You can buy any printer that they make edible ink cartridges for. Mine is a canon. You can get ink and see printers at icingimages website There are other edible ink websites as well like ink4caks, and inkedibles

I have only tested them for two weeks at room temperature in a heat sealed bag. You would want to test your recipe.

The alcohol evaporates out. And if you use any extracts in your icing they have alcohol in them as well. I have used this method for years and have not had any issues as of yet.

Are you talking about the first one. The dot of icing is the base and the. You put the swirl or squiggle on top and then you use the whole thing as a flower

Usually about 20 minutes. Them they sit in front of a fan for 10min. I live in a very dry atmosphere I usually don’t get bleed unless it really dark in light also the icing has to be completely dry before they are covered or bagged because if their is any moisture in the icing it can bleed.

I think you could. You can even use just a tiny amount of water brushed on and that will work to. You just need to make sure it dry completely with whatever you use before packaging.
