Well I have had many cats all neutered. However my youngest one was done at around 6 months and it has rather upset her and made her quite unfriendly in some ways. It seems like now( she is 2 years), some psychological memory has changed her personality. So I think it is not so straightforward as it seems. I cannot find any other reason for it.

Our cat, "Daisy", known around me as "Fluffy Bottoms" has a nice pouch. I am so proud of her, she brought me a dead rat, yesterday. I think she is showing our new kittens what to do.

I never had this issue as all of my cats were indoor/outdoor cats. Unless you live in a busy city, there is no reason not to let yout cat outside to hunt, play, and explore.

I adopted my cat at 8 weeks old. He is now 9. I always adopt black cats. They are less likely to be adopted in shelters. He is my third black cat. He doesn't like strangers (house cat), but with my husband I, he is very affectionate. Very smart, too. Sometimes I think he's a dog in a cat's body.
