Pro shuts off when water is used up in the base. Shabuki pot you need to turn off

I've been using mine these last two months to cook dim sims, dumplings, edamame beans and gyozas. I've done omelettes, chicken adobo, beef curry and a few different soups. It's major selling point (itaki Pro) is being able to cook a single serve of rice without it sticking - great for portion control. But yes, rice and noodles are really easy and probably what most people will use it for.

All of them can cook noodle dishes. The Shabuki Pot you can fry rice yes, but you can't fry with the Pro or Jumbo!

I ordered one but it didn't have any recipe booklet or any leaflet or anything inside. It arrived a bit dented too and was really hard to plug in and my lid was dented too. Still really excited to try it but no instructions.

In these video the itaki pro has three steel containers. However, all the other KZbin videos about itaki pro show only two steel containers in itaki pro. Which one has the correct information?

The little cup they include in the itaki pro is for measuring the water to make the steam. When the water is gone the meal is cooked and it shuts itself off. Next time you do an instructional video, read the instructions. Lol. That said it looks yummy!! I love mine.

@Carol Rebholz Each purchase should come with a recipebook download link, as well as a hardcopy for the holiday seasons. Did you purchase from our platform or did you get it from Itakico directly?
