If you played it on a emulator, I need to figure a good Saturn emulator. It had so many good games I loved, Dark Savior was one of them. It was crazy how many times you could "beat it" as the story depended on what you do when lol. Another great one was that The Legend of Oasis which was Story of Thor 2 basically. I never played the Genesis version back in the day, but loved the Saturn one. Later emulated the Genesis version lol.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to emulate this game on any emulator on pc. I’ve tried everything from SSF to Yaba Shanshiro. It always hangs after the battle on Jailers Island and I’ve never found a fix.

@@dexasarcade I started in the 2005s or so to emulate old games from my childhood. The Sega Saturn unfortunately is not in the best spot from a emulation perspective. It didn't help that the Saturn thrived in Japan but not in the west. In fact my Saturn was a Japanese one, I later bought me a European one because my CD Rom started to become bad. All I did was exchange the CD Rom from the European version, and it ran great again, lol. Most of my games where Japanese too, Langrisser, Shining Force, all those Street Fighter games, great times. Sad that you can't emulate the Saturn.

It's really crazy for me to think that this was made by the same people who made Blue Stinger on Dreamcast. That was their next game they worked on right after Dark Savior.

That was Climax Graphics, a sister company to Climax Entertainment. They shared a few personell, but none were shared between the two games as far as I can tell.

I like the idea of the prison island and the weirdness of this game. It makes it more original than Landstalker imo.

Hi I am facing an issue with setting up backbone controller with s22 ultra. While setting up the device, when you come on the screenshot tutorial option it asking to hold the screenshot button but when ever i am holding it for 3 seconds my phone switches to power off menu because of which i am not able to go ahead with the setup. Do you have a solution for this problem

Thanks for this. I just played through and loved every second of this game. As someone who grew up on SNES rpgs, and CT being my all time fav, I say this game is 9/10. Sadly, I completed everything EXCEPT finding all those damn shells. I may go back and do it at some point before DLC but it's nice to be able to see the true ending.

I like it quite a bit. The gameplay isn't typical Jrpg fare which will turn some people off but the story is really good and the animation is beautiful. Give the demo a try and if you like it, definitely purchase it.
