Hi dinesh, Could you please make a video how the icon are configured in contextual side panel of workspace. How to check weather the templates and response templates are giving the results of appropriate records related to that particular table. That would be helpful.

Hi Dinesh, Thanks for the details you shared in this video. I have a question If i am an agent working on tickets assigned to me and my group then what access is required for me ? Obviously if i get itil role then i will have access to all other tickets as well which i don’t want.

Hi Dinesh, I liked your SOW video and it really helped me a lot. I have stuck in place where I'm not able to get Left content (Announcements, upcoming.. etc, On the UI builder we can see the content present there "No page collection added yet", but not visible on the page ). After duplicating the landing page, I don't see and if you can make a video addressing this issue, it would be really helpful, as we're not finding much in Community.
