I am visiting Edinburgh from Canada and will be flying back from Glasgow next week. I will be coming back again as soon as possible to see more of Scotland, especially Glasgow, and the Orkneys where my mother's parents were born. Rest in peace, George. your songs and your spirit will live forever in our hearts.

Kids are taught history in a manner in which only the dedicated could follow it. The real stories....like this.....would be better.

CT. I agree partially with your comment. Josh Groban is a big star who does write many of the songs on his more recent albums. It is difficult to find songs that Sarah Brightman or Katherine Jenkins have not covered from 30 to 5 years ago. Jackie and others cover the covers. I was thinking of the most well know stars. Many people on your list have only made a few CDs, sung only a few songs. Compare to Sarah who has recorded well over 300 songs or or Kath who must have 150 or so. I'll keep listening to these younger artists; but it may take them years and years to come close to the consummate show women like Sarah and Katherine.

Thank you. Valencia is so great. I can only hope she brings out another album. "Refections" is one of the 'best' in my collection -so varied, so fine a voice. Since she wrote or co-wrote all the songs there, they are not 'covered' by every other artist l[ike so many of the newer classical crossover artists do.]
