As per my knowledge and research I couldn't get that solution. We can just control the value orientation mean it's position(inside, outside etc) and offset from the dimension line . We Cannot break the line and keep dimension in between the line in CATIA.

Hello Shubham, Tools > Options > General > Display > Visualization > Color > Untick that Graduate color background. Once you set space bar key as shortcut as I explained in vedio then need save catia file initially. Then close and check once, It will work definitely. I had faced this issue.

You can call from, Tools > customize > restore all contents> ok> Restore postion> ok > close customize dialogue box. You will get all tool bar on default position. You can just darg on by one toolbar, you will get the Transformation Features toolbar. OR Right click to right hand side corner, List of toolbar opend. Find there transformation features toolbar. If you wanted to apply face but not full length, & by using reference you limit the face only want to apply draft. I had explained in vedio also by using the plane.

You have to create point on step part body then create Axis system with the reference of that created point. Then you can align all the axis. If not clear,let me know in comments will try to make short vedio.
