I can see this guy bike and many superficial upgrade. Carbon chainring actually chip and fail. It’s fragile in comparison to metal. Chris king you cannot feel the headset difference. I’ve been told by owner. It’s for looks. What you need to upgrade. Tires. BB with matching crank. Brake pads. Caliper aftermarket no difference. Carbon wheelset has poor braking. Aluminum is best.

I think the 2nd pain point only happens on newer Brompton bike. Actually this is also one of the 'improvement' point of Brompton as it allows you to pull up the seat post for rolling around while still locking the rear wheel. In old Brompton bike, the rear wheel will unlock once the seat post is pull up above the stopper. So, you need to strap the wheels to the frame if you want to roll it with saddle pull up.

@@hazi10able 我在中国北京，其实所有螺丝都换成钛合金后也就轻了100g左右，心理作用。最沉的是内变速的后轮组。

香港Ti-Parts的jockey wheels，陶瓷轴承的款已经贵到天上去了。小布的结构已经很贼了，如果车把过于灵活的确有点危险，特别是站起来摇车的时候。

划痕我都无视，我自己有喷漆房，每过一段时间，我就会把一些零件用脱漆剂洗干净，然后用cerakote的环氧漆重新喷一个自己喜欢的颜色。

Nice! Just a suggestion for you to try .... after you pour the grounds in, shake it a little to level it and then create a small crater in the middle to aim your pour in.

我爷爷的老式钢架车牙盘用了 30 年都没事，根本不用换。也没怎么拆开保养，最多链条上一点油换个刹车皮。是现在的车质量越来越差了么。

Tbh almost 100 percent true as they test parts religiously. For example the chain tensioner. I got an aftermarket for a friend. Expensive one and it was troublesome. She switch back to stock which works fine. Most of the modding is for looks which is ok as long as the owner understand they make the bike less functional and durable. The ceo of brompton even mention this to a friend in Singapore on how people are modding this way

Hi, I am thinking of buying the Ridea Pneuma Crankset. My trusted bike mechanic asked if by using this crankset you noticed some friction between the crankset and the rear frame when the bike is folded. In the same way, when the bike is folded did you notice some friction between the crankset and the chain tensioner? In summary, did the pneuma crankset work out of the box or needed some adjustment?
