Yes, you are right, but Firstly govt give under-estimated figures, about present year Secondly, few things like education, fees(private school), medical, etc are not being included which increses more than 10 % Thirdly, 9 % is the average inflation rate of last 30 years, which i explained in earlier video (please watch), where peak inflation was 13% Hopefully, you are satisfy now, bassically i retired from Planning/ Statistical department। Have a nice day
