And you get a lead .40 - with this, you have a jacketed bullet that you can spit out of your 10mm auto at 1,600 fps.

Great video sir. Thanks for sharing. I also liked the flip top vitamin bottle as a jar to keep them in. I use a couple of vitamins that have those lids and never thought about what to do with them.

This is a smart idea. Way easier even than using a hollow punch mounted in a vise and whacking them out with a rubber mallet. Thanks!

I noticed he did not say what the diameter of the hole saw he used for 12 GA.

See the older generation's use. Common sense and ingenuity. The result is good quality and a good feeling, unlike the newbies with good feelings/emotions and crappy results.

I like the idea of cork wads for black powder loads. Felt is generally recommended, so cork seems to be a good substitute.

You can go to Michael's and get a 3/4" hole punch and use any card you can get your hands on, including your unwanted Xmas cards, cereal boxes, your ex-wife's photos! If you want to go REALLY cheaper than that, use sheep's wool or cotton balls and seal with melted candle wax.

Does anyone have a link for the various sizes cork sheet pack? I’ve searched Amazon and cannot find it!

I found a hole 🕳 punch block at harbor freight. It punches from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch. The 3/4 works great in 12 gauge. Not as fast but in a few minutes I can have a lot of 3/4 overshot cards. And this punch set will punch metal as well for other projects. I use about any cardboard box I find.

Good job Buck. I did this too, but then I found a even better cutter. I use the metal cap on a shotgun shell. Make yourself a sizer at 3/4 inch and size down the shell cap. Heat the metal cap with a torch and pull off the plastic hull. Then use a machine screw and lock nut through the middle so you can put it into your drill press. Thin metal on the shell cap cuts real easy and never goes dull.

I always thought John Moses Browning made the 32ACP cartridge because he used an old worn out 30 cal barrel. .312 > .308. But in fact a 32ACP barrel is smaller dia. than a 30 cal rifle barrel because it needs to make high pressure in a short pistol barrel.
