I'm getting ready to try the true pacifist route myself and I can't decide if I ever wanna do the genocide run in this game lmao. It's my first time playing it and I just beat the neutral route. Also great run, buddy

From my experience with that horrible route, I’d say the best possible ending for this game is to complete a true pacifist and to just move on lol. I won’t spoil anything but you’ll see what I mean right after booting up the game right after the pacifist route. But hey, the option is always there if you get curious and just want to see what would happen…

@@SammyTrading If you really wish to have the full experience of the game, you should do the genocide run. But this will causes consequences, like the game said. For example, you may become less caring about the character‘s feelings.

@@SammyTrading yeah of course no problem 😌. It’s important to keep in mind that undertale remembers and takes into account your old save files and routes as a part of the greater story. So in resetting after a pacifist, it means it’s canon that you are reversing all the good you’ve done. And yes, there are permanent consequences to your game after genocide.

Nice! Can you make a tutorial on how to replace the music for the fight? Especially the speed up version since I saw someone also made a speed up version replacement but it wasn’t like a continuation of where the normal pitch left of, it was like a loop. But yours was actually a continuation of where the normal version left off, how did you do it?

That’s not really the reason at all. Mettaton NEO was always meant to be one shot to keep up with the general theme of the genocide route. This theme was made because Toby wanted a shot at making a proper encounter in Deltarune.
