yeah but its most likely not focused on the age gap, but based on laws cause 17 is a minor compared to 18 since its an adult, and 20 is a legal adult thats close to 21, which 21 is the age when they can drink alcohol. But that's not the point, he basically started talking to her since she was like 16, (as an adult on discord). Being an ADULT talking to a MINOR/ having a "friendly relationship" online with a minor as an adult is definitely not the best decision, that's why people are shitting on this guy for doing this bullshit that could've been avoided, and it makes sense logically since its not the 1800s or earlier lol.

Its not because he's successful, but probably because he's known by other people and expected to not engage in illegal or suspicious activity as a streamer. and also, there ARE youtube videos exposing online predators similarly to him but they don't get as much attention as him because they're very hidden and aren't popular, not successful.
