I know when I go after the main leader, the rest can outnumber me. But for the bridge, the CPU's teamwork will be off balance in Chaos Mode. I stayed on my Red Hare horse to make them bring their main leader to the bridge. When I am in chaos mode, I discovered that the CPU's weakness is the bridge. Rinse and repeat does work. I can keep using musou each time I see officers crossing the bridge. CPU's musou activation will be slow when the player rides on the Red Hare horse. So if the main leader does not die first, then I can rinse and repeat. Attacking while being on the horse is effective. Plus if I receive damage, I can switch to regen health. If I have full health, I switch back to Attack +++. Dong Zhou did show up even when I was nowhere near clearing out the Jin forces. I went to check and went like oh no. You are not tricking me into letting you getting help from the Jin forces. Then once I wiped out, I was left to choose, go after Sima Yi or go after Dong Zhou. I went after Dong Zhou. So in chaos mode, I apparently left Sima Yi alive. So the game will count that as mission complete as long as Dong Zhou is dead.

Good tactic. You went after the main leader because you knew that if the main leader dies, then the rest of the officers retreat. I know when it comes to grinding, it is recommended to be in beginning mode because if lets suppose if the goal is to get 3000 kills or kill the maximum number of officers, then of course beginning mode. Now with no other achievement to work with, it is free style of fighting fighting on chaos intensity.

This speedrunning you did should only be a good excuse only if you either want a speedrunning achievement or if you want to finish up every conquest mode as soon as possible. Once you complete all speedruns and every conquest mode, it is normally a time to move on to grinding which means your habit of finishing up your mission is supposed to be over. You titled yours as wanting to bond and then you ended up changing your mind which meant you forgot what your mission was. If you mission is to bond, there is no finishing your mission in a hurry. If you are here to grind, this means you are supposed to kill every officers available before going for the main officer.

Your guide mind as well say speedrun because building a bond with your partner require you kill more officers right in front of your sworn ally. You only rushed straight to the main boss. If your goal is to win a battle any kind of way, then of course rushing to a boss can work. But if your goal is to max out a bond, you need to kill more available officers right in front of your sworn ally you recruited. Your partner needs to be impressed that you kill more officers. More kills, more bond growing. Yours is more like a slower way to max out bond. I mean what if your partner were to start out with low amount of bond. Your goal is supposed to kill all officers available to build the bond faster. If you just rush to finish the stage, you are only gaining small amount of bond percentage. Building a bond is not supposed to be a speedrun mission. Connection with your partner is way too short which meant the bond you created is very small. You had already chosen a partner with a low bond and you ignored the rescue mission. All you did is rushed straight to the main boss. Chances are, you are not going to get the huge increase with the bond so you basically had mission fail.

I like dw7 because there are no renbu anymore, but what I don't like is the dark graphics

Great play. Im going for all rare weapons. Being as this needs 2 playthroughs to get both these guys souls would you recommend what you did here (i.e. Smough killed last as here) - leaving Ornstein to be killed last in NG+ OR would you switch it around so kill Ornstein last on NG and Smough on NG+? Reason I ask is that I hear mixed feelings re whether O or S is harder on NG+. Thanks :-)
