Thanks for your message. Yes, that’s simple. You’ll have to create a measure with Dax function to do condition colouring of bars. Once measure is created then go to format and select bars option. Along with default colour, there is a button “fx”. Click on that and select your measure from field values to enable conditional bar colours. Let me if you still face any challenges.

This is very simple. In Sales Trend measure, in "Datesinperiod" Dax function, mention number of days in minus instead of months and specify interval as "Day" instead of "month".

sir I'm from Sri Lanka. The way you teach is amazing. please keep this simplicity in your future videos as well. I have tried many times to learn dax through youtube tutorials but ended up being failed due to the complexity of the examples that tutorial provider use to explain dax, but after watching your videos I felt that your method of teaching is very unique and easy to understand because you use simple examples rather using complex multi tables and you always talk to the point. ah this is the same "teacher" that uses lookup value in power BI to create new columns instead of using a relationship model. You should explain why you are doing it this way, cause for a nobody like me it makes no sense.

In this video, I have explained Total sales trend analysis measure. In that measure, if you write month interval of +4 instead of -4 which I had mentioned then you’ll get the sales numbers for next 4 month starting from month selected in the slicer. You can try this solution.

Hi sir I want the parameter like quarter , monthly,daily and also month year should be there in the slicer so if we select quarter in the parameter some graphs has to show quarter wise data if change the monthly it has to show monthwise data without affecting the monthyear slicer we add and some graphs has to show the particular month value is it possible

Thanks Chaitanya !! What you are asking can be easily achieved through hierarchy of day, month, quarter and year and put it on a slicer. If you select quarter then you’ll get quarterly trend and similarly if you select month the you will get monthly trend. There is no need to create any measure for this.
