Great sketch, but silly song aside, Lenny can really sing. His space, phrasing and use of 'Blue' notes is excellent, he can definitely sing the blues!!

In the great roster of shop sketches, this one in my view ranks well behind Monty Python's cheese and parrot and the Two Ronnies' fork handles. And probably several others besides. I curse the algorithm that brought it into my life especially since, by yielding to it, I am now being bombarded with adverts from an organisation calling itself Hedge Direct, which is a pleasing oxymoron is nothing else.
