As soon as theur no longer protected by the refs ignoring obvious penalties and yellow and red card offenses not even being given free kicks for when the opposition get yellow carded for offenses Aukland Fc do constantly all season game after game, when they no longer have the favouritism in theur direction, they will crumble and fall to their rightful position in the contests where they actually deserve to be.

What's to say the away fans weren't already in Perth on holiday? The turnout was due to cheap/free ticket give aways. Hardly says much about the fans if they're only going to turn up for a freebie.

@ I am well aware of that. I never said anything about the game or the atmosphere. My point was that most of these fans are nowhere to be seen during other games. If they truly cared, they'd turn up regardless of a freebie. So what does that say about the fanbase and the future of the club and/or league?

After the amazing home win against Brisbane, we're back down to earth with this one. Glory's record on the road this season has been horrendous, with them only having managed to pick up a single point against WSW (and another one in the first game against Canberra which was also technically an away game). In this match, Perth outshot Canberra 5-to-1 in both shots on goal and on target but the quality of those shots left much to be desired with lots of low-percentage efforts from defensive players. I understand that away games are tough especially for Perth who have to travel more than any other team in the comp but the coach needs to figure something out here

An absolute shadow of a once formidable club. If there is any club that reflects the A-League’s demise in the past 5-6 years, it’s the Roar. Lacklustre crowds, poor on-field and off-field investment, and a genuine lack of enthusiasm interest from a Brisbane cohort, culminates to a poor football club. The glory days of Ange and Roarcelona are a mere distant memory under the current circumstances. If the A- League is to ever replicate its popularity and success, the roar would be a great place to foment genuine support.
