Not in the Expense sheet, A budget can only consist of expenses, only for projecting evaluation you need to mention how much sponsorship or entry fee you will raise.

In india there is no such thing as all sports common agent because there is no transfer window in multi sports events. However each sports have different associations which give licence for that particular sport

Becoming agent comes under technical classification where Every respective sport issue separate license for becoming agent and then you can transfer players accordingly

You already have all necessary documents required to raise sponsorship. You only need to showcase footfall & viewership Numbers and dedicated branding visibility areas. Try to keep data acquisition deals out of contract. Smartness will be in collaboration deals with other brands, may it be barter!!

Becoming sports agent is sport specific opportunity and I suggest you to start as propritor first for 5 years till you cross turn over of 50 lakhs
