Maddison Phillips for the dmv and social security they require just one doctor letter stating the gender you wish to identify as

So I can just take my doctor's letter down to the DMV, social security office, and passport office and get my gender marker changed? Without going to court?

Hey man..So from my understanding you don't need a court order to change your gender marker just a letter from your doctor? Thanks for your help in advance

Mo Mo 2000 nope! If you're changing your driver's license, just show them the court order and gender marker letter :-)

I changed my name years ago. But never changed my gender marker. I do have a letter from my doctor. Glad to know it's not necessary to go to the courts in order to change my marker. Thank you for your help man
