I hate how police are treated so terribly then people get mad when they see them lash out in emotions. Like yelling and stuff. These people are human. And are looked at awfully by many, on top of that it feels like society pressures them TOO much, one mistake even minor, and your branded a bad cop and hated. :( Basically i feel like police are VERY stigmatized. Legit i searched, "I feel bad for police" to see what id find, it was all videos from the news talking about police being suspended, and this and that. Wtf. I wouldn't want to be a cop if thats all the news talks about. I wouldn't feel like a hero. They wouldn't care if i was! Needs to be more talked about or even talked about to begin with.

Police officers take their hearts with them to work. There's a small minority of the bad ones. Unfortunately those are the ones that get broadcast the most. They are there to help us all be safe in this really ugly world. They are people just like each of us. They put their pants on one leg at a time like we all do. I’m from Chicago and ofc already growing up there we never had respect for cops and that distaste for the only grew when I was arrested for something that I never did (me and dad got into an argument he called the cops not knowing I was going batshit crazy cuz I hadn’t been taking my medicine and he was hoping they’d take me to a hospital to get me help not once did he ever mention anything about me hitting him because I didn’t touch him and they arrested me for domestic assault so I had to miss my brothers college graduation, Christmas and the new years because I couldn’t be at home until January 11th, I’m home now, but there are still a few cops I respect one I’ve had an encounter with was named Trevor Wolf when I had another anger outburst he came over and instead of arresting me he calmed me down and even shot hoops with me)
