how do yall do the stair jump thing and also the double grenade throw?

What do you mean by the stair jump? Can you give a timecode so that I won't explain something different. And the grenade thingy is pretty simple, you just need to enter the next/previous level while in a grenade throwing animation, this way you'd end up throwing second grenade if you have one (but if you don't it still happens, thus people usually call it grenade dupe)

Hmm, I'm not sure myself but these are probably crouch jumps, they simply spammed crouch while jumping up the stairs thus not bumping into anything
