My 44th birthday today... All that you speak of i feel... It sucks.. Yeah we're givers and I'd do anything for others not to feel good i feel. Great actors indeed, exahusted, cries, the battle with the thoughts, the emptiness and all the above.. Sadly all 100% true thoughts. I feel trapped cause if i were to succeed in my attempts, you feel guilty of those you'd leave behind in pain so you just keep on being going. It's not that i don't feel i deserve happiness its just they life has cut me so deep I'm loosing the ability to keep holding on, the reasons are dissapearing and this drainage is killing to say the least. I'm tired of this mask which needs to be on for the good of others.. Its just a viscious roller-coaster ride I'm ready to get off. What's next? For now I'm going to bed, tomorrow is another day. I recommend unilateral electroconvulsive therapy. I won't say it's a magic bullet, far from it, but it seemed to have a more beneficial effect than the fistful of supposed antidepressants that were given to me. all they do is make you feel numb and different and interfere with your functioning. but you know what virtually cured me of my depression? and I am 66 years old and have been depressed since 5 years old. I had my first panic attack at 5 years old. the cure for me was something I called the protocol. I've never mentioned this publicly I don't think. the protocol, as I call it, is my own design and has to do with what you eat how you eat it how you prepare it and everything. in addition to the protocol, just good old-fashioned exercise done religiously. start off easy at first. the protocol could best be summarized as simply raw veganism, but with a strong emphasis on food that is alive. we call food that is alive fresh. if you can pick a berry right off the bush, that would be best. second to that would be fine them picked and packed. way further down the line would be frozen berries. in fact I would actually consider frozen berries off the protocol. there's another aspect to this, and has had an astonishingly positive effect on my life and that is intergender Dynamics. I recommend Rollo tomasi first and 5th books. if you understand intergender Dynamics, as a man, you understand a gigantic chunk of life. you need to be able to get as much pussy in life as you possibly can. failure in this one aspect of life is the biggest cause of depression in males. I'd also recommend, in case you are not, getting comfortable and spreading the word about antinatalism. ANTINATALISM: Because non-existence never hurt anyone. Blank lives matter. Forced existence is wrong! I consider myself an optimistic pessimist. I'm quite sure things will get worse. I wish you all the best.

Life is useless. I gave up too. I'm in my bed since a year now. Almost not eating and drinking for 5 months. I'm not even waiting death, simply I don't care. My house is full of trash, new forms of life are taking form in my kitchen I suppose. I really don't care. The last thing that keeps a link with the world is my mobile phone, but really it's useless. I really don't care. Existence and not-existence it's a nightmare we should get rid of. Total passivity is the only means of real liberation.
