Theorizing/Speculating that this hydrogen fuel cell was made with the intention of keeping a t-850 operating for at least 120-125 years, the minimum amount of hydrogen compacted in that comb would be 5,209 kg and if it exploded due to its instability, the explosion would be catastrophic, being 10 times greater than the explosion of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, so I think the car, the desert and even the mountains would unfold due to this explosion.

Arnold was why the movie was so disjointed with goofy out of place humor. He was running for Governor that year and one of the many ridiculous clauses in his contract was to have creative control over his character. I love Arnie as much as anyone but his involvement in any Terminator post T2 was one of the main reasons why movies like this, Genesys and Dark Fate bombed.

Odd mistake with the Terminator. Perfect example in this scene here. 1st, this Terminator is freshly made; is its kill-programming even installed at this point? Maybe. Let's assume it is. The Terminator throws an armed assailant around rag doll style, allowing the human to repeatedly fire munitions at its head. The Terminator "Terminates", that what it does. The Terminator, in many close up combat scenes, shouldn't rely on guns to kill its opponent. The Terminator should be ripping its victims limbs off, ripping heads off and actually ripping people in half with its insane hydraulic strength...it's a Terminator! Oh, wait... no, the Terminator needs to go to a gun store in the original Terminator to shoot to kill. Wrong! When the Terminator went to house doors in search of Sarah conner, its computer would've identified entities within the house, high probability of Sarah being the target, physically ripped the front door out of the jamb, in fast-paced pieces if need be, entered the dwelling, cornered the subject and ripped it to death shreds. Onto the next Sarah Conner address. After all are mangled beyond comprehension, mission accomplished. Terminator terminates itself leaving no evidence behind.

1:23 That sounds suspeciously like velcro, as opposed to flesh on blood! 🤣🤣 And why is John Connor so squeamish at the sight of Terminator blood in this scene? In T2, he had no problem poking a finger into bullet holes on a Terminator, assisting that same Terminator in stitching up a large gash on his mother's back, later applying emergency first aid to Sarah's bleeding leg wound, and witnessing a Terminator with shredded flesh. The casting and overall writing in this movie is beyond goofy.

The problem with that statement is that Terminators don't run on Lithium batteries--it's a plasma-powered fuel cell that lasts 120 years on a single charge. That said, EV batteries that go up in flames are very destructive.

The casting in this movie was awful. Nick Stahl couldn't have been worse as John Connor. He wasn't well known, he didn't bring the same confidence to the role as Edward Furlong did, he came off as low energy and whiny, and he didn't resemble the image of John Connor from T2 at all. Just one of many issues with this movie that killed the franchise.

John conner was a kid when he thought they stopped judgment day. After that, he was just a kid with no discernable talents and no real way to get ahead in life. He turned into a regular guy with a mediocre life. Pretty common for people in his position. I think his character was done fine.

It was unlikely to assume nobody would pick up that research again. Dyson probably wasn't the only one working on it and even if the data and the remains of the original Terminator were destroyed the other people could get together and bring in pieces they remembered. The destruction of Cyberdyne would slow the development of Skynet down, but it was never going to completely stop it, you'd have to purge the interest in the concept to truly stop it.
